When you purchase products we will collect certain customer data.  We will request some personal information such as name, address, email, telephone number, credit card account information and other relevant data.  We will not share your personal information.   Any information we collect is used for the purpose of charging you for the products that you purchase and for fulfilling your order.   Your credit card information is collected by a secure server.  We value our customers and respect your privacy. To place an order via our website please use our secure on-line shopping basket and enter your credit card information.  We unfortunately cannot take orders over the phone at this time. 

We ship our products via UPS Ground to anywhere in the United States.  We have the ability to ship UPS Two Day.  We request that you contact us in the event that you would like to inquire about our ability to ship an order via overnight delivery.  When your order is shipped you will receive a shipping notification via email that includes a tracking number for your convenience.  Items are typically shipped within 1 - 2 business days after receipt of your order.  Please allow one week for your shipment to arrive.  

If you are interested in shipping outside the United States please contact us prior to placing your order so that we may provide you with a shipping quote and estimated delivery time.

We want you to be happy with your purchase; however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return unwashed and unworn item(s) to us within 15 days for a full refund of your purchase price.  To return an item, please send an email to contactus@momworksinc.com in order to obtain a return authorization number and a ship to address.   Returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip and receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment.   If the original receipt is unavailable, we will make an exchange.   Shipping charges unfortunately cannot be refunded.  Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the return shipment.  Again, please contact us prior to returning an item to ensure that the return is made accordingly.
